Prince Edward Island

From Pictou we took the ferry over to Prince Edward Island. We spent our time combing white sand beaches for sea shells, tasting moonshine, making friends with sheep and goats, letting butterflies land on our shoulders in a butterfly conservatory and exploring abandoned houses. I really fell in love with that mysterious island and cannot wait to go back.

First abandoned house, spotted!

Abandon house exploring

After we left the Prince Edward Island Preserves Company Byran surprised me with two tickets to the nearby butterfly house! I was so happy and excited!

They import all of their butterflies from Costa Rica

The grounds also had sheep!

and hidden hammocks under apple trees!

My favourite goat in the world! Such a little mythical creature he was

We left PEI and headed towards St.John along the Confederation Bridge
